As you develop new leaders within your organization, it’s important to give them the opportunity to spread their wings and exercise their own leadership skills. Do so according to their gifts, talents, interests, and overall knowledge. Wouldn’t you agree?
Talking about leadership matters is important, but it’s equally important to put those future leaders in positions where they can take charge and make decisions. By doing so, you are not only helping them grow, but you are investing in the future success of your team or organization.
