Richard Branson asked Simon Sinek the question below and I am asking the same one to you. I am glad Branson asked that question and I am pleased with Sinek’s response.
For a while now, in my professional circle, I have been saying that it is imperative for businesses and organizations to be more human-focused instead of being profit-focused. Last month, I say this to students in my International Business class. In the long run, businesses and organizations will not be able to achieve their respective indicators of success if their people (stakeholders) are unhappy or unsatisfied.
