I am humbled by the opportunity that I had to share the 2018 Tedxfonddulac stage with some amazing speakers who gave us a lot to think about.
My talk, entitled “Serving and Leading with a Quality Mindset”, was an invitation to those who serve at various levels on leadership ladder of organizations to reflect on how they can positively influence the experience of the people who benefit from their services.
