Lately, one of my main goals has been to focus more on quality with everything that I do. You may wonder what I mean by that. I recognize that it is a very ambitious and complex pursuit; yet not impossible to accomplish. However, it does not necessarily mean the attainment of perfection in everything that I do. It’s more a focus on attaining efficiency, effectiveness, and value, leading to transformational outcomes.

I am looking forward to share more details in the coming months in settings ranging from informal conversations, social media posts, webinars, workshops, to keynote addresses.

To do so, not only I will draw from multiples leadership and quality management philosophies, I will add various personal anecdotes to the mix.
